Domestic Shipping

FREE SHIPPING for orders $75 and over. Flat rate charge for Domestic Orders under $75 is $5.

Orders are shipped via USPS First Class. Please allow 6-8 business days for delivery.

Orders placed over the weekend will be processed the following Monday. Orders placed on national holidays will be processed the following business day.

Unfortunately, BOMPOM Studio is not responsible for items lost, damaged or stolen while in transit.

RETURNS

BOMPOM Studio allows returns within 7 days from date the item was received. Refund eligible returns include items which arrive damaged or broken. Items need to be returned unworn and in their original packaging. Please email bompomstudio@gmail.com for your return.

Items which are damaged during the return shipment are not eligible for refund or replacement. Items damaged upon arrival, may be returned for refund or exchanged of another item. 

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.

All items purchased at a discount and any custom orders or gift cards, are final sale.
